I like Indian IPTV for their quick support Whenever there is an issue. Recently I had an issue and a kind tech tried to help me and when he was not able to resolve the issue, he promised a senior tech will call the next day. They did and resolved the issue. Keep up the good service.

IPTV box stopped working, connected to technical support team without any solution. Don’t find any professional team monitoring. Standard format message from support team, 1. Remove power cord and plug it again.. 2 Remove HDMI cable and connect again. 3. Change HDMI cable.4. On top of above I also tried Connecting with AT&T about ping, reboot of router, gateway restart. Connected IPTV with Verizon mobile hot spot.Connected IPTV in friends house .
Conclusion is to put the box to Junk as all patience is lost or wait for a miracle to happen!!!

Deplorable customer service. Paid for 5 years and not even half a year. They would not call or refund my money. Can anyone else suggest to whom I report this issue? I was thinking of contacting the media and bringing their attention to it.

It could have been better with 4K streaming

Have been a month using it and no complaints so far. Experience has been good and can’t complain about the ROI.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. The IP TV box is not working since many days and they have simply stopped responding to messages. They only care about getting your money in the beginning and then there’s no support provided. Save your money and avoid these guys.

Worst answers you can grt everyte some high profile game is there.
They always say trchnical team is working on it and it gets fixed after match is over because there are no users. Lol what an answer! You are just fooling people!

The box they send are used and also locked, my both boxes gave me trouble after a little bit more than a year, they forget that they charge for the box. They refused to transfer my subscription to another box or app unless I buy from them. Kinda rip off.

Looks like reviews are been posted twice to encourage the production but the service WORST.

I would never opt for this kind of service be very careful I have been dealing with black out screens and freezing issues since I started my subscription and in one month I have to call then atleast 15-20times and they hardly respond only one person Abdullah who made sure or tried best to fix it but still no improvement.

Before getting this service make sure you check real reviews I posted one review before not yet uploaded.

DO NOT OPT FOR THIS IPTV. They are worst. Every time you call you need to explain same thing and then they will check make some changes in settings multiple times and they are working on it thats the answer you will get on my account they are working from last one month no improvement.

The person who set up the deal gave a fake deal stating he will give me extra 6months first.

In first month of service I called 15-20times because os issue of channels not working properly main issue – channel freezing and screen black out multiple times in a day.

After few days many changes in settings and then rebooted multiple times nothing helped. They reinstated whole set up box but still the same issue. I tried to call customer service for refund but they are not doing that too. The guy at customer service informed me that there is no issue in the box nor in tv but on their side which they are fixing from last 1month. I don’t understand this is not a trial basis you guys are charging and customers have to call 18-20times just in a period of 30days means this is the worst service on your side.

SUPERVISOR will call in an hour to see if box needs to be changed after 20calls but not call from any supervisor given. No update even after 2hours.

Most Unprofessional service I would say. Most reviews are fake too. Kindly inquire properly before going ahead with these people.

Seema is so great she assisted me so good and also I liked the subscription so much with very less cost we can view any movies any tv shows it’s amazing.

Last week I had called regarding the issue of having to switch/select the hdmi source every time I turn my tv on. Over the call the customer service representative Vidya was vey helpful and gave detailed step by step guidance instructions to follow while on call and also stayed on call while I turned off and turned on my tv to confirm the issue was resolved and also did a follow up call a week later to confirm again

Upgraded our box and added new 5 year service. Kept our old box for its remaining service for second tv. Mr. Sharma was very patient in explaining the benefits of the new box. Mr. Goyal was very efficient and patient in helping to activate the new box. I am very pleased with the efficient service and the quick and polite assistance provided. I do not like the fact that these people call you at random time. I get calls at 11pm, 9pm. There should be common sense for people to not call this late. Otherwise service is good.
