IPTV box stopped working, connected to technical support team without any solution. Don’t find any professional team monitoring. Standard format message from support team, 1. Remove power cord and plug it again.. 2 Remove HDMI cable and connect again. 3. Change HDMI cable.4. On top of above I also tried Connecting with AT&T about ping, reboot of router, gateway restart. Connected IPTV with Verizon mobile hot spot.Connected IPTV in friends house .
Conclusion is to put the box to Junk as all patience is lost or wait for a miracle to happen!!!

Horrible experience.

In professional service. When I call them its usually half an hour waiting many customers complaining about same issues again and again and they say they are fixing. Since I got the subscription from Aug its the same issue FREEZING and BLACK OUT recurring and might work for a day or two but won’t improve.

Supervisor says everything is working good on their side and the other guy on call accepted that it is the issue from their side and they are trying to fix. They are just trying to steal money and also they send a defective box always which is been used and repaired.

After changing the box and even doing a hard reset too it does not work properly and I rebooted the internet have a fiber connection with 300mbps still they are like internet problems. No issues from any other platform amd some channel works OK.

Never recommend to anyone. Do npt fall for FAKE people.

Customer service really sucks. Called them many times and got no response, but they were swift in taking my money. The government or news channels should take note of this complaint.

Deplorable customer service. Paid for 5 years and not even half a year. They would not call or refund my money. Can anyone else suggest to whom I report this issue? I was thinking of contacting the media and bringing their attention to it.

They gave me an appointment for this afternoon and confirmed it, and I took a day off from work, and can you believe they didn’t even call me, and tried a million times calling them, and no reply. How do they stay in business with this kind of deplorable service? If anyone has any suggestions on how to report to the consumer court, please let me know.

It could have been better with 4K streaming

Have been a month using it and no complaints so far. Experience has been good and can’t complain about the ROI.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. The IP TV box is not working since many days and they have simply stopped responding to messages. They only care about getting your money in the beginning and then there’s no support provided. Save your money and avoid these guys.

Worst answers you can grt everyte some high profile game is there.
They always say trchnical team is working on it and it gets fixed after match is over because there are no users. Lol what an answer! You are just fooling people!

The box they send are used and also locked, my both boxes gave me trouble after a little bit more than a year, they forget that they charge for the box. They refused to transfer my subscription to another box or app unless I buy from them. Kinda rip off.

I was with Nadine today for technical difficulty she went above and beyond to help me to solve my problem

Looks like reviews are been posted twice to encourage the production but the service WORST.

I would never opt for this kind of service be very careful I have been dealing with black out screens and freezing issues since I started my subscription and in one month I have to call then atleast 15-20times and they hardly respond only one person Abdullah who made sure or tried best to fix it but still no improvement.

Before getting this service make sure you check real reviews I posted one review before not yet uploaded.

DO NOT OPT FOR THIS IPTV. They are worst. Every time you call you need to explain same thing and then they will check make some changes in settings multiple times and they are working on it thats the answer you will get on my account they are working from last one month no improvement.

Worst service.

The person who set up the deal gave a fake deal stating he will give me extra 6months first.

In first month of service I called 15-20times because os issue of channels not working properly main issue – channel freezing and screen black out multiple times in a day.

After few days many changes in settings and then rebooted multiple times nothing helped. They reinstated whole set up box but still the same issue. I tried to call customer service for refund but they are not doing that too. The guy at customer service informed me that there is no issue in the box nor in tv but on their side which they are fixing from last 1month. I don’t understand this is not a trial basis you guys are charging and customers have to call 18-20times just in a period of 30days means this is the worst service on your side.

SUPERVISOR will call in an hour to see if box needs to be changed after 20calls but not call from any supervisor given. No update even after 2hours.

Most Unprofessional service I would say. Most reviews are fake too. Kindly inquire properly before going ahead with these people.

Seema is so great she assisted me so good and also I liked the subscription so much with very less cost we can view any movies any tv shows it’s amazing.

Last week I had called regarding the issue of having to switch/select the hdmi source every time I turn my tv on. Over the call the customer service representative Vidya was vey helpful and gave detailed step by step guidance instructions to follow while on call and also stayed on call while I turned off and turned on my tv to confirm the issue was resolved and also did a follow up call a week later to confirm again

Upgraded our box and added new 5 year service. Kept our old box for its remaining service for second tv. Mr. Sharma was very patient in explaining the benefits of the new box. Mr. Goyal was very efficient and patient in helping to activate the new box. I am very pleased with the efficient service and the quick and polite assistance provided. I do not like the fact that these people call you at random time. I get calls at 11pm, 9pm. There should be common sense for people to not call this late. Otherwise service is good.

I had IPTV service for the last 4 yrs. Yes, I have to admit that I got problems many times mostly getting connections. Each time I call someone attend and solve it. Yes, some are experienced and some not. However, I do appreciate their help thinking that no one is perfect in this world. Last month a guy called and talked about a new promotion with new modem and remote with a bonus. I accepted the deal and received the tools very promptly followed with a call for connection. The girl who helped me was very nice and activated soon. As conclusion I would say, this new service is very good and I never had to call once. Channels are clear. I wish them all success. We were sold a renewal by Jaswant even though our subscription was already active until November 2025. He offered a so-called “better plan” with a new box—which has never worked properly since day one. We’ve been dealing with this issue since February, reaching out multiple times, and not a single proper solution has been provided.

Every time we contact Jaswant, he claims his manager is unavailable—either “on vacation” or simply doesn’t exist. He even refused to give us his manager’s name until today, when he suddenly mentioned someone named John Watson—who we highly doubt is a real person or the actual manager.

Meanwhile, we’ve wasted countless hours troubleshooting with different technicians who clearly have no training or knowledge. We’ve asked for a refund and to be switched back to our original box, but have received no help at all. The new box is complete junk, and the entire system is unreliable.

Customer service is appalling—we have to call them every time we want to watch something. Their reps don’t know what’s in the client files or how to handle even basic requests. Just today, we were offered yet another 5-year renewal, even though we already have one—proof that they don’t even track accounts properly.

This company is a disaster—unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Wish I could give zero stars. Avoid them completely.

There were some buffering issues recently, but after speaking with Sonali from support, the issue was resolved quickly. Her assistance was professional and appreciated. Got my iptv video output issue resolved Riya very efficiently.

My recommendation is that power off the iptv box from outlet and also power off your internet modem from wall outlet, 99% of the times the problem will be solved. Also please make sure your internet speed is minimum 500mbs.

We have this service for last 3+ years and enjoying very much. I watch all my cricket matches on this service. My family enjoys live and recorded Indian shows and movies. Best investment we ever made. Highly recommend folks. So many of my family and friends have taken our advice and subscribed to Indian IPTV even locals to just see English channels and Movies.

I’m tired of using this indian iptv. No live channels, no videos work properly. The live channels go off in 10-15 minutes and videos buffering is really headache. I contacted them earlier and they said they are going to fix the problem but the problem is same as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be.
